Make Your Own: Wampanoag Pottery

From crafts and baking to games and art, get hands-on with history in unique and exciting ways every day of February Vacation!

Discover how archaeology and oral tradition helps us better understand how Wampanoag People lived in the 1600s and how they carry on traditions today. Participants will learn about the importance of pottery to Wampanoag families and make and take their own pot using traditional methods.

Recommended for ages 5 and up.
